Oh Lord my God how awesome is your name. I cannot comprehend the awesomeness of your name. As a human being on this earth, I can see what you have created here on this earth and how you control the universe. I still can’t comprehend your power and your glory that endures forever and ever.
Thank you so much for the Avenue of prayer, the means of trying to stay close to you, the murmurings of my heart and trying to explain how wonderful it is to know you and the struggle to think of how to ask you for the things that hurt me in this daily life. Thank you so much for listening to our prayers.
I want to pray for my friends that are struggling with cancer and other medical conditions. I pray that you will wrap your arms around them and give them peace and comfort and to know that you’re with them. Give them the Holy Spirit to embrace them and to communicate to you as the comforter for their spirit and heart.
I pray for my family and for each of us to become closer to you and to know you more and more every day. I pray for strength to deal with the daily challenges. I pray for my mother that you would continue to care for her as you have in the past.
Help me to become closer to you every day. Give me the strength to reach out to you every day. Help me to try to follow your will as diligently as I can.
